Fact is, Ryaka science and tech _does_ have simchip facilities. I wouldn't
blame you for forgetting about them though. They're not exactly profitable,
are they? He-heh. But what else can be expected when you don't allow
them to make entertainment chips? Oh, but educational chips are more
important, aren't they?

Especially the 'Dragon's tail' series of educational chips.
Distributing them for free in the schools of the poorer neighborhoods is
an awfully nice gesture, isn't it?
And they're very popular... the kids love 'em.
