>>>>>[Joey, I got a job for you and maybe six, eight of the Caballeros.
Pick the ones you need, I already squared it with Major Regan, he'll help
you get what you want without screwing his unit.

I got a whole bunch of losers hired, and I need them trained to use decent
firepower without killing themselves too often. I got the quality muscle
covered, these guys are expendable junk, but don't let _them_ think that.
Make them believe they're chosen elite stormtroopers and this is the
biggest break of their lives. Any of them who survive, that's even going to
be true. Aren't I a humanitarian? :)

Their gear's due in tonight. Nothing fancy. Uzis - about as idiot-proof as I
can get in a hurry - body armour, sidearms, lots of ammo. _LOTS_ of
ammo. Teach'em the value of spray-and-pray.

A few grenades, a few LAWs, for the smarter ones - your discretion. If
you don't find anyone bright enough to use them properly, keep'em for
yourself, but I'd be happier if these guys got to shoot them off usefully
than if they never used'em or if you saved'em for later use.

When I get a target, these guys'll be going in alone. Probably going to get
slaughtered, but as long as they die noisily and shoot off their ammo doing
it, that's good enough for what I need. Train'em up so they can do that.
You've got a week.

I got you some turf in Hell's Kitchen to use as an academy. It's pretty
fricking miserable but that means nobody's going to give a good God damn
about thirty-forty bozos and a few pros with automatic weapons loosing
ammo like it was the Memorial Day Machine Gun Shoot. And you get
>>handy sum<< as hardship bonus for the job.

You happy, Bang-Bang?]<<<<<

>>>>>[No problemo, Padrone. How long do I have with them?

The Caballero's won't like it, but if Regan's okayed it, it'll save
me from having to break any faces.

By the time I've finished with them, they'll think they're in the frigging
WildCats. I've done something like this before. Just teach them to
keep their heads down and their trigger down.

Oh, and if they run away, I kill them myself.

The bonus is much appreciated - I'm starting to enjoy Seattle...]<<<<<

>>>>>[Figure on a week, Joey. Be that long at least before we're ready.
Maybe longer, maybe not. Get then into usable shape by next Monday and
then knock off the corners and hone the edges until I give them their
targets.

Then, I think you ought to come do close protection on me for a while. I
already got you an alibi that says you were playing roulette and screwing
showgirls in Vegas all of next week, but no point making life easy for the
cops, right? Just in case any of your bozos squeal, we'll keep you close.

Plus I want to talk to you about a few future opportunities.

You're a find, Joey. Dona Minnie has _no_ idea what she threw
away.]<<<<<
