Subject: Squashes and Threats from the night...

>>>>>[ Well people, it appears that HAMMER continues to face more
misfortune. He recently was dismissed from Director of
Operations of BIS (which no doubt was related to his being
kidnaped for a trade to free Doomsday), and now he got this
little reward for his past.

Early last night, two slots, a troll and an overweight human
hippie from the looks of things, were in a car (nothing new, I
know). The driver, the hippie, was typical of Berlin's drivers -
deplorable. Anyway, HAMMER was going to a local policlub meeting
(not that it is too big of a secret where his political thoughts
lie) and he got broadsided by the driver. While this in itself
would not be unique, the fact that the driver managed to catch
HAMMER between the side of his fast-moving car and a building
(the drekking fool was driving on the sidewalk no less!). The
troll reached out from the back, smashed his hand into the wall,
barely missing HAMMER. But he did succeed in losing the long
two-handed sword that he was carrying. It went bouncing off the
building and back over the tail end of the car.

But wait, it gets better. The troll apparently panics and opens
the door and lunges across the trunk and actually succeeds in
catching the sword! Of course nothing was holding him to the
car, so he went flying. The hippie realizing that he lost his
passenger slams on the brakes. The troll meanwhile rolls, and
manages to get up and start running toward the stopping car. At
about this juncture, the local residents decide to enter the fun
and start shooting at the troll (but not the car). The troll
dives through the back window of the car, and as soon as the
troll was barely in it speeds off!

All in all I would have to say it was a pretty good show. HAMMER
to say the least isn't going anywhere for a while. (But he will
live, for his policlub drekheads were able to get him medical
attention. I will wager well over a cool mil (if I had it), that
he will be sporting at least a new set of legs.) As to the troll
and the hippie, they got away. By the time the authorities
responded there were no traces of "criminals." Of course if you
ask most people, HAMMER got what only part of what he deserved.

>>>>>[ You left out a little juicy tidbit. The troll was
Doomsday. And knowing Doomsday, he wouldn't have done it if
Nightmare wasn't somewhere near. Which leads me to this: I'll
give Nightmare the benefit of the doubt and assume he wasn't the
hippie. Yet I can thank him heartily.

You might ask why, for he is a traitor to his country. Well the
simple fact is this: the two former Directors of Operations were
Nightmare and HAMMER who both blatantly had their own little
agendas as they have wonderfully proved. If it wasn't for this
car incident, HAMMER might have been reinstalled to his former
job. But now he won't be. And _I_ will finally get to choose
someone who will do a good job. ]<<<<<

>>>>>[ Erik leaves out the fact that if he hadn't used HAMMER to
trump up the treason charges, it would be Nightmare running the
whole show. Conveniently, Blitzkrieg gets captured which in turn
leads up to the whole mess in Germany. In the middle of which,
Erik becomes Director of the whole BIS. Finally they succeed in
convincing everyone that Nightmare is a traitor and arrest him.
This forced Erik to give HAMMER the now empty position, even
though HAMMER was far from Erik's ideal choice since it is well
known that HAMMER wants Erik's job. What a dirty little twisted
path we tread, eh? ]<<<<<

>>>>>[ That is what Universal Brotherhood said too. I have a
little message to pass on to you from a certain someone:

"My father made me too well. Rest peacefully to the ticking of
the bomb. Rest peacefully knowing I remain at large. Rest
peacefully knowing that too many people to silence know too much
about you. I am everywhere you look. I am everywhere you don't
look. Watch every step because if it is the wrong one I will
strike. I am your worst Nightmare. I'm a mirror of you, but I
am superior. I made you. I can destroy you. The time draws
near. I don't fear the assassins that you send. I don't fear
the fact that you hound my every move. I live in the shadows
that are everywhere. And from any of them, I may strike in an
every changing manner. You and HAMMER made me the fall guy but
it is you who made the true mistake. I'm more loyal to Germany
than either of you two have been. You use your power for selfish
purposes, not for the better of Germany. You only struck at
Maxim out of fear for yourself. You didn't strike to protect
German interests.

"When will I strike the final blow on you two power-hungry and
blinded fools? Whenever I choose. For I am in complete control.
As the sender of this message is fond of saying, 'Don't worry,
JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED!'"

I will assume, Director of BIS, that you are smart enough to
realize who sent that. I will also remind you of a small little
thing, many people, who will read this, sit on the very key that
can bring you down. He isn't bluffing at all when he says he has
the key to end it once and for all.

I can see the fear. Yes indeed, justice will be served this
time. And unfortunately for you, it will be served cold. ]<<<<<

>>>>>[ Knowing Erik, you just earned a shadowrun against you.
You are far too right in your assessment. Watch your back, my
American friend. And when you can pass this >>encrypted<< on to
Nightmare and Doomsday for their efforts here. The god damned
fool will destroy the integrity of BIS if he doesn't watch his
step. ]<<<<<
