So far, the verdict is that Spirit and the children will live. The children
haven't come yet, so Ah really can't give you any info on them. From what we
can tell, a rather deligent but specific virus was put manually in the Spirit's
and CRUSH's house hold computer system. While the system isn't that old or
obsolete, it still isn't brand new and dicing tech. The virus was made ta be
part of the system geography, this took a while, but the Morgan's were out for a
few days, enough time for it ta work. It was interesting coding, if but a
little over done and slow (Ah probably could get it ta work about 3 times as
fast, though it would take a few days).


Once it successfully became part of the geography it would sit in wait until
Spirit's MPCP came on line in the system. Then it would proceed ta try and
bypass the MPCP by cloaking it self as just the geography parameters for the
neural interface. It was partially successful in that it did get partially past
the MPCP protections, though not without a few problems. Unfortunately the
problems weren't that reconizable and no-one expects that your own computer is
going ta attack ya. Anyway, the virus was ta sit and gain some power (while
checking for detection) until it was ready ta strike, thats when it would create
a whole lot of feedback, not of the killing variety that Black normally does but
just LOADS of feedback, somewhat like the cascade ICE that the Dragon slitch
MONICA has.


Anyway, Spirit is basically alright. She was unconscious when Doc Wagon brought
her in ta the hospital. She was in and out of it last night, sleeping because
she was exhausted and waking up because of labor pains, which were really
exagerated because of the neural feedback. The Doctors gave her something ta
slow down the birth, because they said that it wasn't safe before hand, her
contractions were coming too strong and becuase of the neural feedback she was
resisting it, though they say that they can't stop them all together, something
about it has past some point and that she was due any day now as it was. With
then contractions farther apart she has been able ta get a some needed nest to
regain her strength and get over the feedback. Ah would put her on but the
doctors and CRUSH say no, and Ah'm not argueing with CRUSH (Doctors AH can
handle)


The father ta be has been taking it fairly well. Besides the constant worrying
over his wife and hitting his head on the much too low cealings, he seems ta be
only mostly insane. Atleast he hasn't fainted yet, Ah hear some expectant
fathers do that. Ah have been busy telling family what has been going on, this
was the first opportunity Ah have had ta lay Mah head down and surrepticiously
stick cord into the sockets. Fox showed up at the hospital about a half hour
ago with his roomate, he thinks of Spirit as his older sister so Ah doubt he
would miss this for the world. Everyone else has either come by ta lend moral
support or appeared via vidphone. Ah'll be back shortly, Ah just need ta find
out whats happenin in the world of the living.]<<<<<
