>>>>>[I've finished digging into CDC Stovington's security, the entire
report
is on-file back at HQ, but here's the highlights:
Security in the bioweapon division is pretty tight, but it has a major weak
point. The entire thing is based around staff cooperation, and a compromised
staffer could be blackmailed into passing along information, samples and
whatnot.
I've also heard back from my contacts about the Fallen, the gist of it is
that they're a pro-enviromental, anti-cyberware cult that thinks we've
"fallen from grace" by despoiling the planet and "desecrating" our
bodies.
An associate in the NSA thinks that they're far enough out on the fringe that
it wouldn't be hard for them to step over the line into ecoterrorisim (and
they might well see the irony in using an "extinct" disease to do their dirty
work).
They have a facility (a retreat they call it) outside of Stovington
(convenient, no?). Security is pretty heavy for a supposed religious group.
Chain link fence with razorwire around the entire compound, security cameras,
and lots of guards, but no obvious hardware.
Give me the green light boss, and I'll start hiring "independent assets" to
recon the compound and deck into their computers (an expense account would be
nice too).]<<<<<
