Subject: Terrorist escapes.... Interpol is in a uproar...
Date: Fri, 18 Feb 1994 01:19:22 MST
>>>>>[ The special news from Switzerland, is that a "secure" base
of Interpol
was raided. The terrorist known only as Doomsday was freed in the attack. The
commander on the scene was slightly injured but unavailable for comment. Rumors
has it that one of the attackers, a spirit, was disrupted. At this time
Interpol has yet to release to the media what the attackers looked like. Rumor
has it though that the description (as lacking as they are) were passed on to
security agencies and police forces around the world. The only thing that was
noted about the incident was that a helicopter was the means of leaving the
base. ]<<<<<

>>>>>[ Gosh I'm tired. Let me fill in the blanks that the so-called News
Fiend
missed. The team went in. I won't say who as it will better for those who are
involved. I think the cybereyes of one of my companions was noticed.
Unfortunately, we set off a warning bell sooner than I would have liked. The
response team was good, not quite good enough. We are hurting but not really
incredibly so. Unfortunately, one of our spirits got jumped by a real good
mage. Before we could kill the mage, the spirit was disrupted. I'm terribly
sorry about that.

Injury status of the Drake's special team are: The mage, sammy, and 2 mercs
died. The rigger was badly injured (I think). She had a head wound and it was
hard to tell if she how bad it was. Drake only got off with light, maybe
moderate wound or so... (bullet in the left thigh). The special agents, were
actually not even on par with . . . oh at least not Sioux Wildcats. And as such
they didn't fair too well. Especially after Doomsday got a gun into his hands.

Doomsday status is seriously hurting like the rest of us. But we'll be heading
to our new destination soon. Gotta run. ]<<<<<

>>>>>[ Roxey, I'm terribly sorry. I should have been expecting better out
of
the mage. We really weren't expecting them to use a stupid route to attack.
Especially with the mage. The mage had one glorious moment when he was able to
*sniff* disrupt MaxMillion. We were reacting to the others and didn't have
enough of a chance to react to the mage to prevent it. We made the mage pay for
it with his life though. I, and the rest of us here are terribly sorry.

The
Baron will tell you where it is. And Doomsday finds it hard to believe that
Hammer was executed as a traitor. Maybe executed for wasting of assets in
Denver and Detroit, but not for treason.]<<<<<
