okay? Anyway, I let loose a search demon to see if I could find anything
about this "Dark Stranger" slag. I found a single solitary lonely newspaper
(yes, authentic newspaper) report with the name. The report was dated
October 23, 2053. Check it out.
BOSTON, UCAS---The small town of Oak Grove in rural Massachusets was
shattered last Sunday when the sleepy town woke up to find five of their
young daughters had been brutally murdered.
Authorities refused to give details, but according to an unnamed police
officer, it was clear that the children had been ritually sacrificed.
Based on this information, and on other unspecified evidence, the state
police arrested 12 members of the Cult of Black Messiah.
The small cult, according to police, worship something they called
Nyarthotep, whom cult members say was freed by their unwilling messiah, the
Dark Stranger.
Residents of Oak Grove say that several days before the fatefull night,
five strangers had arrived in town and were asking strange questions.
According to the residents, on Saturday night a sudden storm blew and
knocked out all electrical power.
Residents further say that strange noises and lights were coming from
the old house on the hill where the bizarre murders occured.
It should be noted that all residents and officials refused to comment
officially or be quoted, and would not give any reason why.
Me again. The 12 cultist's were put to trial rather quickly and
executed within a year. The whole matter was hushed up pretty quickly.
Whether or not our Dark Stranger and the unwitting messiah are one and
the same remains to be seen. I myself have some doubts. But I thought I
