F: Exactly. And it would be of benefit to us to have the need for
decisive, ruthless action firmly established. You understand?

H: I still don't... yes, I do. You know it'll lose us whatever we
commit?

F: I'm taking that for granted. Since our Middle Eastern venture was
such a success, and we don't have to finance Wild Rose, money is no
longer a problem. How are you set for equipment?

H: I've been stockpiling for a while, I'm amply provisioned. What level
of competence do we need?

F: Expendable. I don't care about dead Feds, that has advantages but
will draw heat, and there are lots more Federal officers. I want them
distracted, so SIGA don't point them at us. As wet as necessary, we
want to prove the need for units like Achilles beyond doubt.

H: It's been a while since we pulled any of those no-brainers, the sump
should have refilled <laughs> I'd suggest a new ID for me, though,
this one's compromised for public traffic.

F: Tractor will set you up a shell account. Stay clear yourself, of
course.

H: Of course.
