"opportunities will present themselves"?

This is Charlie Fingers here at on the site where not a half-hour ago a mob
estimated to number at around five thousand broke the police lines and tried to
storm the Interpol Headquarters.
At around noon local time, a large mob, spurred on by a litany of bordom,
frustration, and hate, surged through an NYPD cordon and police line and rushed
the Interpol building where Dr. Alexander Jackson, charged in connection with
14 criminal acts and a vampire for over 20 years, remains incarcerated. The
NYPD responded with gas grenades, water cannons, and rubber bullets, injuring
and knocking out over half the rioters before they had gone half-a-block. But
still over 1500 rioters reached the Interpol building only to have massive t
hydraulic barriers, designed to stop rampaging trucks and armored vehicles,
raised before them and various knock-out gasses released into thier midst. But
somehow, some members seemed to have acquired weapons and gas masks and were able to get
around the barriers. Some 100 rioters were thus equipped and were
promptly gunned down by remotely operated drones armed with machine guns and
grenade launchers. All who passed the barriers were killed.
Area hospitals are issuing a general call for assistance dealing with the large
numbers of wounded and gassed individuals and are asking all qualified para-
medic personelle in the area to report for duty. Many of those same hospitals
are suspecting a large munber of casualities and injuries from the general
populus as Wednesday's trial date approaches and the mobs grow larger and more
violent.
In related news, the New York Courthouse has issued a statement that Interpol
and NYPD officers will be at the building in force for the duration of the
trial.
This has been Charlie Finger, good day.
