McKain, I understand your expertise lies in demolitions and similar
methods of destruction. WhiteTyger, you stated you were an intrusion
specialist.

The pair of you should be quite sufficient for the task at hand.

Your target is Oxton Radiological Laboratories, a small independent
facility. The site is in a small industrial park, and is lightly
secured.

kilograms of Composition 12 explosive, plus detonators and other
ancilliaries, immediately available, and can acquire other equipment as

Burton: The only equipment I would request is a matched pair of encrypted
personal communications gear, prefferably with an external subvocal
"throat mike" for myself. It could be difficult if we were to have
mismatched communications systems, also, since this equipment would be
on loan, I would hope that it would be of a higher quality that I could
acquire on my own.

McKain: I would like to meet with you tonight so that we may conduct some
initial planning. I leave it to you to suggest the meeting place. After
our meeting, I would like to examine this Oxton Radiological
Laboratories--if only externally--to see if there has been any changes to
the described security precautions. I would not want to attempt any
action against an enemy of which I have no firsthand knowledge. If their
security is as lax as is reported, I may wish an even closer look. If you
would like to join me and insist on bringing weapons, make sure they are
silent and preferably non-leathal; a narcojet would be far more optimal
than a Warhawk. I would not want our target to be any more vigilant in
the upcomming days.

In fact, if the comm gear comes through quickly, I would prefer to
conduct the demolitions the night of the Valentine's Day holiday for
whatever psychological edge that may give us with security memebers
that would much rather be with loved ones than protecting a
