Meanwhile, maybe I can partially solve your sam problem.
Apart from deploying your people very well, just throw in lots of
smoke bombs, when you don't need the surprise effect anymore.
It's very hard to shoot someone if you can't see your target.
Ofcourse, you'll have to wear some sort of vision enhancement. I recommend
UltraSound, because you can use special smoke that will mess up
thermographic vision. I rarely fight without smoke, and it works really
well. Ofcourse, you can also use nerve-gas or something similar.
It's silent and effective, and it doesn't have to be deadly...
