As you can tell, its sort of big and bulky -- it looks more like a man's
watch than something a teenage girl would be wearing, but they found it
under her body, so...

(Oh yeah, I don't know how good your OCRs are, but the inscription on the
back of the watch is in serbian. It says something like "To my dearest,
with all my heart, September 19, 2053". My online dictionaries sort of
suck though, so you might be able to get a better translation...)
