course the ring is still on his finger and we didn't see hide nor hair of the

little trip down to the City Records Building along with a pretty good idea of
what block he was on indicated that he was in a medium security apartment
building. Piece of cake.
We scouted out the building and discreetly talked to the neighbors. This
allowed to determine that he had to be in a 6th story apartment that was
regestered to one Tabitia Young. I looked for some details on her and it became
readily obvious that it was a fake ID, SIN and all.
Right after we posted that last set of messages, Raven told me it was time to
go. We entered the building (Yes at 10 in the morning) through a back door and
went up the stairs. We got to the apartement and I hooked up to the security
system and set it up to open the door in 10 seconds. I then moved into
position.
It was actually a rather stupid plan, hit them hard, hit them fast, but for some
reason Raven thought it was a great plan. The door unlocked and I slammed it
open, katana in my left hand and Predator in the right. I moved into the living
room to find it rather empty. Raven followed right behind me, talking lowly in
Latin, with her magesword drawn. A quick look into the kitchen and dining room
found them empty, so we went into the hall.
We didn't get any farther than that, because Highlander came out of the bedroom
in his shorts. I moved towards him, but before I got to him a Spider Spirit
manifested betwwen his. I jumped to the side, deflecting its attack with my
katana, and Raven came up and gave it a large cut. It started to fight her so
I did a cartwheel past it and asked Highlander where she was.
He lamely replied, "She went out to run some errands. You really shouldn't be
here. She doesn't like company very much."
I decided he wouldn't be much help and looked past him into the bedroom. All I
saw there was a shimmering that must have been an astral spirit dodging around
the top of a king-sized bed. I turned back outwards to see Raven stepping past
the disintergrating spirit to grab Highlander's arm. She told him it was time
to go but he began to protest rather vigorously. I decided we didn't have time
to debate with a mind controlled decker, so I knocked him out.
Raven glared at me, then told me to grab his trenchcoat. We pushed him into it
and walked him down the stairs to the Westwind and got the hell out of there.
As we were driving away, I noticed that Raven was talking under her breath while
she was astrally precieving. I'm not sure who she was talking to, but I did
hear her say, "Tell everyone they did a great job, Mindy." I asked her about it
but she said I must have been imagining things. ]<<<<<
