just over six feet, very athletic build, long black hair, a baby face;
he is young, age is about twenty. He is attractive and likes the
company of beautiful women. We are not sure if he is an elf. The report
says that his body structure is elven but that he does not exhibit the
typical long pointed ears that all elves have. They could be clipped.
We do know that he speaks the Elven tongue though."

This information was gathered at the "Underworld 93" in the Puyallup
Barrens, a location which our target is known to frequent, and is
familiar with the owner, "Marcus"


I would recommend an evening ambush at this site. A launched flash
gernade will take advantage of his natural low-light vision, and
long range sniper fire will eliminate his offensive/perceptive
magical abilities. Most mages are unable to detect anything beyond
one hundered meters, nontheless, I recomend that you fire from extreme
range, Morgue. The flash may or may not be necessary, if the first
shot can bring him down. I anticipate not, as mages, in my experince,
pack as much protective magic as possible.
