>>>>>[I will know a little more about Wilkenson, and his intentions /
actions, shortly. Thanks for the data. As always, you've done great
work.

If I do find that he is working outside of his jurisdiction, I will
consider talking with SIGA. That's Jason's group, right?]<<<<<

I am not entirely sure of your station with SIGA, if any exists at all, but
I am seeking information as to the procedures, and jurisdictional overlapping
of SIGA and ... say the UCAS military.

I might have a rogue UCAS official (military) using UCAS funds to finance a
small private war against a client of mine. I'm doing everything in my
power to stave him off, but I may need to surrender this to a more influential
organization if I am to keep hopes that my client will be alive come year's
end. Any assistance would be greatly appreciate.]<<<<<

>>>>>[Thanks for contacting me. Wow, people seeking me out! <g> The
case
you mention sounds like it could fairly be called our business. And, for
clarity, officially Lilith and I are consultants for SIGA, because
officially they don't have any field agents.

We generally have very good relations with the UCAS military - Lilith's
Air Force Reserve and I'm Marine Corps Reserve - until they start
getting into the more questionable side of internal black-ops. When they
do, we have the remit to investigate and act on it... if we find out
about it, which we often don't.

Luckily, most of my military friends are either aviators or Navy and
Marine spec-ops types, who aren't involved in that crap. The Green
Beanies often are, hence they and I don't get on at all well. They think
I'm psychotic and I think they're posturing cowboys.

This guy you're after doesn't go by any of the handles Farmer,
Ploughshare, Harrow, or Tractor, does he? I don't suppose I'll get that
lucky...

If not, then forward us what information you feel able to, and I'll see
what we can do to help. Probably a case of my boss leaning on his
bosses, tightening of the oversight rules, et cetera.

And if that doesn't work, then either Lilith and I or a subcontractor
will have to solve the problem more violently. Snatch him and throw him
in Leavenworth, probably.]<<<<<

>>>>>[Standing by if you need him taken down or out. Lynch and Lilith
told me a little about SIGA... fascinating, how an organisation can be
so powerless and yet so effective at the same time.

I think they fulfil the same role for it, as you do for our mutual
friend Mr Stormwind, except they have an office and are accredited as
'consultant' and 'analyst'.

Lilith offered me some work, but I had to turn it down... my skills
aren't geared to extraction, and they don't like to contract for murder:
would rather handle it themselves.]<<<<<
