>>>>>[ Well, after 24 hours of negotion and a mexican standoff between
corporate armies, the ownership of MagnaTech has been resolved.
You're not gonna believe what happened!!!!!! One good thing though,
everyone who went aboard the Intrepid came out alive, well, almost
everyone. After many *many* hours of discussion and dealing, the
old board of MagnaTech reached a line they refused to cross, no matter
what offer the Dragon made. This deadlock was broken by the suprise
appearance of yet another player in the MagnaTech game. I said you
wouldn't believe it, but Joseph Yoshida, CEO of Yoshida Technologies
in Seattle came in, with a stock portfolio you wouldn't believe!
It seems that Yoshida had been buying up MagnaTech stock like a madman,
and had prevented Tirandor from immediately buying up the whole company.
Needless to say Tirandor was furious (and probably scared the drek out
of the Magna people). Well the Magna people started cutting deals with
Yoshida, and sold most of the company right out from under the Dragon's
scaly clutches! ]<<<<<

>>>>>[ Well, that was another suprise. It seemed that that VatJob Harada
got on board somehow. The only thing I know for shure is that Magna
didn't send him! When Magna started selling out to Yoshida, Harada
made his move and tried to take out the MagnaTech suits. He didn't
get too far tho, Tirandor saw him coming and punched him clear across
the hanger deck. His security teams started opening up on Harada before
he could recover, and chased him up to the flight deck. Harada took
several hits, and was in bad shape when he took a nose dive off the
deck and into the harbor. He didn't come back up. I wonder why the
Dragon was so hot to kill this guy when he was after the people who
sold him out to Yoshida... ]<<<<<

>>>>>[ That was a matter of principle, Elf. No one is killed in my lair
unless
*I* order it. I would question how you cam by this knowledge so quickly
but knowing your reputation, I doubt I'd like your answer. ]<<<<<

>>>>>[ You know Dragon, you'd figure that a corp with the stature of
Dragon's
Den would have thought to put better IC in the security camera slaves!
I'm available as a Matrix security consultant, for a considerable price
tho, and it looks like you need one. By the way, why did you hire a
loser like BobK???????? The guy thinks the city is a big pinball
machine and his chopper is the ball! How could you trust someone like
that with a gunship anyway? ]<<<<<
