Subject: shadowtalk: dumb frames

Everyone, please remember that those dumb frames have to be
targeted correctly. Someone out there has left out just what they are
targeted at. I was just attacked by a dumb frame meant for Monica's troopers

The only proper targets are Monica, Her frames(black tendrils) and
those yoshida tech red-hatters. Also, everyone turn out different frames
please. Monica has already adapted to a couple of real basic ones I tried
earlier on her.

Also, please leave the frames that look like youshida tech icons
in pure white. They are hunter-killer frames against Monica
