>>>>>[General update: We have a small army of shadowrunners of all types at
a
little-known bar in downtown Seattle. We have abandoned plans to assault
Yoshida Tech's Seattle complex, as Splut's ill-fated run shows she's not there.
As soon as we or anyone else learns the location of MONICA's hardware, our
little assault force will head there. As I said before, we (my team anyway) are
inteding to keep casualties to a bare minimum, and will use lethal force only
if necessary.
About Ares (Trog and Nightstalker): We have worked on several occasions in the
past for a Johnson high up in Ares R&D; his name is Carlton Bradford. He's dead
now, for tax purposes. It was using his codes that Raven was able to penetrate
that black hole they call a data fortress and shut the mainframe down. I tried
to warn Bradford that she was coming, but some wage-slave gave me the run-
around. Trog, if we're still on good terms with Ares when this is over, we'll
see what we can do to bring you into our little circle.
Raven is in Mitsu's Pagoda right now, trying to shut it down again. There's
no way she can reason with them; the Head of Security for Mitsu's Seattle
holdings wants her head on a platter. Would someone else try and talk to them?
Please? I don't think Raven can keep MONICA out of the Pagoda, though she said
something about "expert" help. I'm abandoning my duties as her shotgun to leave
for the mage's conference. There's sams here to take my place who're chipped so
high they're vibrating.]<<<<<
