After one of my programmers got brain-fried when jacking into *MY* system
this morning, I shut down fast! I started checking through the logs from
last night to find out what the hell happened, and found records of SOMETHING
slaughtering the mice and taking over the system! Even showed hardware code
alterations. So I started checking through the code and found some
interesting self-adjusting routines. After removing the alterations, I
tweeked the ICE to deal with those routines specifically and put the system
back on the matrix. That was ten minutes ago, and we've been under attack
ever since! The ICE has been able to hold them off so far, but more than half
of it has been has overwhelmed and crashed! And these tentacles have adjusted
to where my attack utilities are useless. I'll probably have to shutdown in
