Concerning the new astral phenomenon - I got word from the Sioux Nations that
things are being taken very seriously there. A decision should be reached by
midday. Right now, they seem to tend towards direct magical intervention. If
such a decision is reached, they should inform the UCAS government by 12:30.
As far are injuns are concerned, I'll try to raise further help from the NAN.
