in the possible eventuality of DOA's failure, although I have confidence in

previous case, it resulted in severely damaging MONICA; however, he started to
consume the environment around him, e.g. the MagnaTech system, which could have
expanded to the Matrix itself. The excessive amounts of collateral damage
means he cannot be used safely against her without significant risk.
As for now, I am quite content to let DOA implement her course of
action. Until we witness the results from her plan, I will not consider using
