Learned
some interesting drek in the last 24 hours.
1. Lt. Richard Callahan, an instructor at the Naval Academy, was
arrested a few hours ago. According to friends of my family he is accused of
being "Baron Munchausen" and posting classified info on the net. So much for
any more Intrepid updates from there.
2. According to a mage buddy of mind even magic would have a hell of a
time making something like an aircraft carrier disappear. Perhaps it was only
a glitch at UCAS Spy Sattelite HQ. Maybe even a deliberate glitch. I'm sure
Tirandor and/or Quentin could buy a gov't employee or two. Anyway, I'm on the
West Coast--does anybody back east know if the military is still going bonkers
searching for the flattop? And can any riggers out there or down in the
Caribbean start an eyeball search?
3. If Omega has applied to the UN, they must have a representative there.
I don't suppose someone could find out who's making Omega's sales pitch? Which
reminds me, whoever's at the UN trying to make Omega/Tirandor a nation, they
might be communicating with the carrier. Maybe a lead there. Be careful,
though, the FBI flew lots of special agents into NY today. Doesn't take a
genius to figure out they're desperately trying to track down anyone and
everyone involved in this. Good luck folks.
