[ considering estimates by American law enforcement agencies of the profits
garnered by the new drugs alone in East Coast (which was soon to be all of
North America, via Yakuza connections )], Trevor and Quention embarked upon a
few personal projects. In Trevor's writings during his time spent at West
Point, he ofttimes discussed the possibility of manufacturing soldiers,
which, if used in large numbers, could prove the most effective fighting force
on earth [ The actual writing of his theses is rather dry, as he exhibits the
marked tendency to pontificate for some time on a theoretical offshoot of his
hypothesis (and I am not even mentioning when he attacks the singularly thorny
issue of the morality of such an experiment)...I would suggest a stiff drink if
forced to read them].
Whether it was for these motivations or any of countless others would be nearly
impossible to prove without engaging in discourse with the general himself.
Nevertheless, the fact remains that in 2045 Trevor (and Quention, although not
officially) came forth to the UCAS Department of Defense with a proposal for a
(I am certain you already have guessed it) super-soldier program involving
large amounts of biological research and genetic engineering. ]<<<<<
