Dear Wendy

Well, I bet this is the last person you thought you would be hearing
from right now. I know your mad at me for not writting, but unfortunately that
was part of the deal. As you know a mysterious Johnson hired me back in '51
to work for him. I couldn't tell you then who it was but I can now since our
falling out. I was hired by Fuchi United Kingdoms to be their test pilot and
assistant mechanic on the new project they where working on. They gave me
a new name and identity ( Simon Davis ). They also gave me a new code name,
Lister, based off an old BCC sci-fi sitcom. They had me working on a new
type of VCR idea. They gave me new rig (beta 3, its a beaut), and a new
partner in 'Kryton' (they have this thing for the show Red Dwarf). What we
worked on were designs for a concept called 'cyber armor' and also a spin off
of that called 'Rimmer'. The cyber armor project was nicknamed 'Holly' (not
sure if they meant the guy or the girl). Cyber armor is neural interface
powered plate armor, basically you step in side and you become 'Iron Man' from
that old comic. It works best off of VCR technology. Rimmer is a partly
intelligent Cyber Robot/Android that through the use of VCR one can use its
body like your own. The reason they picked me for this was my practical
experience and my good grip on reality. They also gave me lots of free time
to modify 'toys' to how I would like them. They were then used by employies.
Well after a while I sort of got fed up with it and decided to leave. With
the leaving of the guy you know as Highlander (we never met, I just got his
name off you net a few hours ago) I saw that would be focusing on other things
and would need my help to for security. I set up all my plans and found my
chance during a big uproar from a new program that had been appropriated.
I saw my chance and fled with as much as I could take or control ( I took most
of my toys), INCLUDING THEIR NEW PROGRAM. Kryton was a lot of help since she
knows as much about the stuff as I do. We then made quick to Europe and a few
friends where we did a little research on Seattle ( I been out of it for a
while).
Come to find out the programs I took were those GNU programs from over
the nets that everyone was so hot about. I think I'll not let them get into
corp hands (i've had enough for a while). I'll be back in seattle soon.
I figure its the best place to be since I have friends there and the Runners are
good folk. Say high to Crush for me, I look forward to finishing that game of
chess. You'll like Kryton, she's very good at what she does.

So it looks like we don't need to worry about out Fuchi program problem
anymore. Is it amazing what corps do, Highlander and him work in the same
place and never meet!!! I'll never understand it.
Looks like Joseph is about half way to getting the deckers he needs
for security. In a few more days I'll be back running and away from this
wage slave thing, no offense Joseph you are a wonderful man but 9 - 5 isn't
