street as bait, but I the chances of any of them being hit is small: the
killer doesn't seem to be sticking to one spot, so where would we start?
Also, I think the lassies look a wee bit more competent than most everyone
else on the street, and the killer might avoid them (he doesn't appear to be
stupid, just depraved).
A suggestion: I know ritual sorcery can be used to find someone if you have
a piece of something they're close to (hair, a ring, blood, etc): can the
reverse be tried? What if we got access to the latest victim, and tried to
find the blood that undoubtably stains the killers clothing and weapon? It's
a bit of a switch, I know, but could it work? Or would you be picking up
every residue she left all over Seattle (sweat, hair, etc)? Not my field
of expertise, but we need to find a starting point. Cerise, lass, any
