I do not have to recap what the destruction of the Omega chemical facility
in Copenhagen means for our project. That facility has been a major source of
revenue for our exploits since their conception. I forsee signifigant finance
problems for our new government due to this. Ordinarily, our normal sources of
capital would be able to make up for this deficit due to the growth stimulated
by the takeover affair, however, subject Alpha's consistant attempt to break
up the power base we are developing here have exacerbated the problem.
The most effiecient way to solve this problem would be the capture of Alpha.
While it appears that he has broken from the path we set him on, some minor
adjustments, perhaps a re-imprinting should put him at our disposal again. As
before, we will have to be careful to make him believe that he was still
working for his own purposes, while unwittingly endearing himself to our cause.
The main problem with this plan is that Alpha has become far more dangerous
than anticipated. We will not be able to take him by force. Careful
manipulation of circumstances may steer him into our care, but he has the same
feel and ability to understand and weave complex plans that I do. This makes
him doubly dangerous, and also doubly valuable. Anything we do regarding Alpha
must proceed with extreme caution.

Re: Feasability of re-imprinting
I am able to reconstruct the imprinting process. It will take me two weeks
of research to tailor the process to your specifications. There is no room
for error in this. Alpha has a very strong will, and will make every effort
to resist imprinting. While he is in-house, I will also run a full DNA scan
in efforts to isolate the X-Factor that allowed the imprinting process to work
at full efficiency. It will take considerable time to figure out the exact
cause of the mutation, but I will be able to continue work on formalizing the
work started in the Alpha Omega Project.
If Alpha cannot be made viable, I am ready to implement my HMHVV carrier
transformation project as an alternate approach to the problem at hand. This
variation will work on both cloned subjects and "volunteers."

Re: Legal Action against Accomplices
The UCAS government has agreed to cooperate if we can produce evidence that
Dark Elf and the others have been aiding and abetting Alpha's actions against
the Omega government. Interpol has given me similar consideration. We must
keep up the front that this resistance is in fact a terrorist act, then
Interpol and my people in the CIA can take action.
My attempts at manuvering the UCAS into action against these "random factor"
operatives as Tirandor calls them, have been encountering problems due to the
fact that someone has wiped the records of our complaint to the CIA. These
shadowrunners may be an annoyance but they are resourceful. We may be forced
to take covert action to remove them from the game. The fact that they were
able to organize so well against MONICA is a testament to the fact that they
do have a capacity to do us harm if unchecked. I was able to break up their
"mage's conference" but being "random factors" they have proven time
and time
again to be quite elusive.

Re: Omega Island security measures, Alpha
Alpha has proven more than a match for my mainline security force. I may
have to form a task force composed of my personal specialists (my head of
security and my Major Domo will co-lead) along with "hired talent" in order to
keep Alpha's people in check. If need be I will order an air strike backed by
naval artillery/missiles if we can discover their base of activities.
Needless to say, I prefer dealing with Alpha as directly and quickly as
possible. I do not share Mr. Quention's optimism about the continuation of
Alpha Omega project. In my opinion we should dispose of Alpha before he moves
further away from our influence, and Dr. Fung can analyze the DNA makeup of the
remains. Alpha knows too much about the nature of the project, and has become
corrupted by this knowledge. In my opinion, subject Alpha is no longer viable
for our uses and should be destroyed before he causes more damage to the plan.

Evidently I have somehow gone beyond the parameters of whatever Alpha Omega was
supposed to accomplish and they will either attempt to destroy me or bring me
back into their plan. I must have a reckoning with my "father" soon.
DOA, or should I say "sister," I would be careful if I were you. As another
product of Alpha Omega and Fung's research, they may consider you as important
to their "plan" as I am. Good Luck sister.

Oh By the way Nightstalker, we don't have an offical name, we're just a bunch
of shadow vets that are available to take on some of the more difficult jobs.
We have been thinking of setting up an investigating agency as a legit front
for our actions, but have been weighing the pros and cons of becoming more
visible. I will take suggestions for a team name though, cause I think the
others are getting tired of being called "DE's team"
Funny thing is, we haven't done the standard meet contact-go on run-meet again
runs in a long time, we've been going after interesting things and then seeing
who wants the goods. Then theres the personal stuff like the whole Magna/Omega
conspiracy. I guess we have too much conscience to let something like this go
unopposed. Besides, we've already made some nuyen on this, and increased our
rep by a lot. That alone makes it worth doing if we were really that concerned
about profit. We are who we are, and we do as we will, and if someone is going
to pay us for it, all the better. We've evolved a lot as a team in that way
from when this all started with just myself Jake and OddBall investigating
