>>>>>[Um, no offense DOA, but I don't think that someone who sets up such
an admirable ambush is exactly cut out for college life. Remember that the
posters on this board are exceptions and exceptional. Most college grads,
whether from an official corp school or one of the increasingly rare
independent institutions, end up working for the corps or the
government. In any event, going to college full-time will inevitably
take the bite out of your formidable shadow-world skills, from simple
lack of practice (and if you do continue to practice them, you're not
paying enough attention to your classes). Further, while I don't agree
with Lucky about college being a waste, I must agree that it is rather
tame after the adrenalin rush of surviving such difficulties as MONICA.
Especially from some of your comments on this net, I think you would find
college both boring and restrictive. But, if you really want to succeed
in the "real world" (what a total fraggin oxymoron/contradiction in terms),
then I suggest going to school part-time, no more than 1 or 2 classes at a
time. In my experience it not only allows you time outside of class to
engage in either more entertaining or more lucrative activities, but also
improves your learning, as you are able to concentrate your attention on
one subject at a time.

On a different note, this conspiracy that so ineptly tried to hurt you
and Brandywine disturbs me, especially if it ties back to the Omega mess.
They're next attempt will not be so easily foiled. Should you require
assistance you can contact me through Highlander.

Oh, and to whomever posted the comment about thinking this board was for
shadowrun information, rather than personality conflicts: (Meta)humans do
not live by work alone. And perhaps we have little to say because the
topic you post on seems so specialized. I would presume to know nothing
about the details of vampiric infection. As far as general information
goes, I refuse to post general requests on a board that has more than a
few corps listening in. This is a great system for coordinating the
activities of several people, but why should I reveal what I want to know
to those who would use it against me? Besides, I must admit I've
enjoyed watching the Battle of the Sexes--it's been (will be?) fun.
