So once again we are back to: what would happen if someone was to the
ShadowTalk as a springboard for something that becomes
publishable/shootable/singable/whateverable?

What would happen if I was to write a screenplay that had such lovable
characters as Dark Elf, DOA, Yoshida, MONICA, RUFUS, whoever? Is Vincent
going to come after me with something worse than a gun; a lawyer?
(permissions aside)

What _I_ would like to ultimately add to the FAQ is a proviso that an
postings to ShadowTalk become part of the public domain and the originator
gives up all rights to the ideas and names and everything. This may sound
a little harsh, but i think it is the best way to serve everyone's
interests without having to go through tons of legal rigimoral to do anything.

I appreciate any comments on this: flames will be giggled at.
