scanning without me though. It has been so long since I have been virtual.
Mostly I've been summoning and running and hiding and leading a small
band. Ah well, cherries and pits and that. Hey if those donoughts make it
in send some our way. Glad to hear that Yoshida has been found and is
surviving. I was getting kinda worried. He strikes me as a fine fellow,
and in these days of corporate slime that is rare and should be treasured.
PLease don't worry about the watcher Norm it is one of mine. He will
answer if you ask him a question starting with "What is it that I have in
my pockets...(ask your question after that)?" He goes by the name of
Gollum. As for your question concerning the kidnappers being spirits I
would have to disagree with Highlander. If the summoned spirits were from
space (what that ritual would be like I'm not sure I want to know---ok yes
I do but it would probably be ugly) then mana channeled through the astral
plane we are familiar with might not affect the spirits from space (yes
according to one theorist that I read a while back there is a plane for
the void which some might see as space.). Who knows? I just wish I could
have been there for a really good "look" at them.
