Here is a transcript of a speech Jacob Marcus broadcast over a pirate trid
channel on Omega Island. Make sure that officials of any governments you
can find get this.

People of the world, hear me! The government of Omega Isalnd is a farce.
Just examine the important people in this so called government. True,
the president of Omega is a local man named Micheal Jamain, but does he have
any real power NO!!!!! He is but a pawn used to give this government a
veil of legitimacy. The true power lies in the hands of a group of shady
corporate execs and corrupt members of the UCAS military.
Let us examine Roger Quention, the so called Secretary of State. Members
of the People's Liberation Army have examined his background, and have been
made aware of the results of a number of investigations into his background.
First, let it be made known that Mr. Quention has no experience in matters
of international politics. His career began in the UCAS military, then moved
to the corporate sector, where he founded the MagnaTech corporation, whose
story has been documented in worldwide news. We have also been made aware
of the fact that he led a team of commandos during the end of the eurowars
that captured a chemical plant in Denmark. We have discovered that he took
control of this plant under an assumed name, and is suspected of creating a
number of designer drugs there.
Next we have Tirandor, corporate dragon extrordinaire. I do not need to
even mention his attempt to takeover MagnaTech. It is clear that his
extensive security force makes an adequate army, but he makes no attempts to
hide the fact that he is here for profit. He has brought his corporate
headquarters here aboard the Intrepid, and continues to conduct the business
of his international corporation, Dragon's Den International from the same
place where he supposedly conducts official government business. He has been
using government resources to relentlessly hunt down personal enemies within
our borders. He clearly cannot seperate his duties as Secretary of Defense
from his corporate interests and personal vendettas.
Now consider the so called Secretary of the interior, Dr. Kevin Fung. He is
an interesting choice. He has absolutely no experience with any matters of
government! His entire life has been spent as a biotechnology researcher
with a PhD in Bioengineering. He has worked for several corporations, most
of which were owned by Quention, Tirandor, and their late associate Lincoln
Howe. Prior to meeting his current companions, he is suspected of conducting
hazardous genetic research on unwilling subjects, leaving many disfigured or
dead. While he is a brilliant researcher, he is a criminal genius and should
be treated as such.
The final player to examine is the UCAS ambassador, General Wendell Trevor.
While he is fully qualified to act as a diplomat for the UCAS, he has
great say in what goes on in Omega, especially for a diplomatic observer who
is not supposed to get directly involved. He has a long standing career with
the UCAS military, but is suspected of corruption of the highest caliber.
We have reason to believe that he has bribed a large number of agents within
the UCAS CIA, as well as other UCAS officials. When Quention was in the
army, he answered directly to Trevor. Trevor is belived to have provided
illegaly acuired funds to Quention and the MagnaTech corporation for some
time now.
These people are using the government as a front for the conspiracy they
have been a part of for years now. They refuse to release information on
their mysterious satellite project for reasons of National Security. They
are the real power behind the government, and have arranged to have many of
their own emloyees elected to legislative positions. As I stated before,
they control the government, not the president. They are guilty of conspiracy
and have shady pasts. They have probably committed more crimes than anyone
even suspects. How can this sham dare to call itself a government! The
People's Liberation Army exists to correct this, and place a true governing
body in power. We urge that all world governments place immediate sanctions
on these criminals who pretend to speak for the people until they are
removed from power.

That is a very strong statement. We have evidence to support most of Marcus'
accusations, or at least arouse suspicion. When we finish collating this
data, it will appear on every public database and as many law offices as
possible. What started as simple corporate infighting has evolved into an
international incident. And we never did figure out just who blew up the
MagnaTech building in the first place!!! ]<<<<<
