Cerise: Oh Cerise, here was I trying to wine, dine and impress you.
Then Highlander with his Scottish charm gets in first. Oh well, one
downcast Englishman sighs and wishes you all the best. Though if you should
ever grow tired of his Scottish brogue you are ever welcome to listen to my
fine cultured South England accent.

Circuit Breaker: I'd love to come as would IBA (he loves his beer, even
if it is yellow and fizzy), but it looks as of we're gonna be tied up in LA
for the next few days. Lemme know when that blokes night out is though
Harlequin was doing the organising but I think he's been kinda busy. By the
way don't you think the term 'Bachelor party' is a bit tame. Us English call
it a 'Stag Night' and it should really take place on the night before the
wedding. The girls call their pre-wedding party a hen night, though their
party normally takes place a few days before the wedding so the girls get a
chanve to make themselves look beautiful for the big day.

Doctor Doom: Be careful about what you say on my beloved England. A
true Englishman does not sit down to insinuations of deceit and allegations
or fabricating evidence. While I cannot comment further on this particular
incident as my historical knowledge does not cover it, I do know that the
British goverment would not authorise the killing of inoccent civilians.
Unless the need was so very, very great. But from what I remeber that need
was not that great. It is true that the assistance of the Americans helped
our country to victory but Hitler had missed his chance to vanquish Britain.

By delaying a sea invasion he gave us the chance to regroup and reform whilst
we sent our bombers and fighters into the sky, to take the war to the very
heartland of Germnay itself. Without our supieror airforce we would indeed
have lost the war, but we came out victorious over the mighty Luftwaffer
destroying many of their fighters. With the German air threat greatly reduced
we were able to launch a mass bombing campaign of German supply lines, depots
and their cities.

Indeed many have said that the bombing of the cities was unessecary and that
the British should use the same technique of precision bombing as was being
employed by the Americans, rather than the mass bombing being ordered by
bomber command. But bombing of the cities reduced the morale of the Germans
and further destroyed communication links, supply routes and stores. This is
how the war was truly won. By the time troops were landed on the coast of
Normandy, Germany found it could no longer supply it's armies with oil,
ammunition and food, as can be seen from the quick advance of the allies into
France. Eventually with the bombing of the cities, all Germany wanted was
peace which we gladly gave.

Well off my soap box supporting good 'ol blighty, it is good to see
Germany has launched war on Omega. ]<<<<<
