I am in the process of writing up new posting format guidelines and I
should ahve them posted within the next hour or so. PLEASE, read over
these new guidelines and adopt them for future postings.

One of (many) reasons I am trying to establish some kind of standard
format is so that I can write up an automatic editor. But it would be
difficult to make it intelligent enough to deal with weird, non-standard
postings.
