>>>>>[Konnichi wa. Arigatoo gozaimasu. Let me take you back to the Dawn of
Time.
It was the First World, magic was strong, very strong back then. This was when
the Awakened, were not, they were as much a part of the world as the dirt
beneath their feet. Included among the Awakened were dragons, there were more
variations then we have seen today and much like other races, we had the need
for religion. Only in the first age, the gods were among us. Meting out justice
or destruction as they saw fit. The gods of the Dragons were no less violent
or compassionate then the rest.

And that was how it remained for many thousand of years, but during the sleep
of the Second World something happened. The tales abound as to how this came
about, but it will suffice to say that the Queen of Dragon Tiamut was corrupted.
She revived first in the new age and slew all the other gods as they slept, all
but Bahmut. When Bahmut arose and saw the destruction Tiamut had done he flew
off and tracked her down. The battle between the two was ferocious, tearing
rips in the fabric seperating the astral from the physical world bringing birth
to a new spirit, the dragon-spirit, a bizzare, powerful mixture of earth, fire,
and air. As the battle between the two raged on, the mortal dragons began to
waken.

It would seem the corruption of the queen was not a unique occurance, for many
mortal dragons first action upon awakening was to attack their brethern. Mana
of the kind this earth has never seen before, and hopefully will never see
again, was thrown about. Time passed without notice and the battle raged,
devastation abounded and spread through all the races the sidhe, humans, all.

No end to the conflict could be seen, a council of the sidhe and Bahmut was
held. A solution was found, an obscure ritual that would bind Tiamut and remove
her evil from the world. There was a catch, Bahmut would have to suffer the
same exile. If the destruction was allowed to continue, Mother Earth would
shrugs us off her and begin anew. So the plan was accepted and put into motion
and let it suffice to say they were successful.

As it would happen Tiamut's resting place is deep in the jungles of New
Zealand and according to the legend she can be revived. If she escapes the
chance of restraining her is nil. If the portal is not fully opened it can
still be closed and that is what we must accomplish. I fear that, since
Tirandor has been seen in Seattle, he has finished the ritual. Our time is
limited, we must be successful or all will be chaos.]<<<<<
