after entering the clearing we were attacked by what I would guess were dragon
spirits. If you think regular spirits were tough, try one of these on for size.
Jester and Moon Dancer flung so much mana at the creatures the air is still
charged with the energy, Nagami took on several in the astral and paid a price,
but I've never seen a spirit torn to shreds that way before. My success rate
was less than phenomenal with firearms, as I suspected, so I went into hand to
hand with these dragon warriors. As I sliced one from ear to ear another bit
into my side and then was dispatched by a mighty blast from Moon Dancer. So
after this fun Jester and Moon attended to Nagami's and my wounds, and then
rested before proceeding. We will report later.]<<<<<
