Mages cannot cast spells through Electronic Magnification, because they cannot
see the targets aura. Just like you cannot cast a spell through a security
camera.
To Brian D. Neumann's Responce:
Whether Invisibility would affect Thermographic depends on how you think the
spell makes the subject invisible. If it warps light around the subject so he
is not touched by incoming light waves it would not work ve Thermo since the
body radiates its own heat energy. If it works by making the target think he
cannot see the subject than it would work verses Thermo.
You can regonize people at long range with electronic magnification. Afterall
that is how spy satitlites work and they don't seem to have too many problems.
