So we had to go get this thing outta the warehouse. Well, we got ourselves
A Chrysler Valkyrie Panzer made up in appropriate corp colors, get the disguise
suits, showed up 5 mins. before the real pickup panzer was supposed to. Close e
nough not to arouse suspicion. They let us in past the perimeter (we Decked the
ir passcode) and into the warehouse. But of course, a corpocrat got suspicious.
We had the place locked up and subdued in under a minute. After breaking open
the designated crate we found a 1x1x1 gold box with cut rock crystal sides. The
style was all very Mayan- stylized ornate people, dragons, etc.. Inside was a
Hexagon made of a marble like material - xcept that red, black, and gold vapors
were writhing inside. On each side of the hexagon was a carved face, Mayan styl
ized looking - but really creepy - each face looked like a metahuman:Elven, Ork
,Troll, Dwarf.
So anyways we grab the thing. A casually jam out of there. Just as we're
at the gate The Real Pickup panzer turns the corner . . . Needless to say we we
re dodging munitions after that. Finally got away and went to our fallback - a
deserted Reserve Army Base outside the Sprawl. About 2 am we had guests. 3
panzers 50 groundtroops. All in light grey, no patches or insigs. We were in a
fortress - but had no mobility and were outnumbered.
