Well, I got an appointment with Kynes -- so I went down to talk to him. Seems
he had alot to say (for the right price) about our subject of interest. Seems
that our heroe from Aztechnology was doing some very interesting research.
Very Important Stuff, if you get my drift. Kynes supplied a brief summary --
in very technical language -- but what I got was that this researcher/Focus?
was delving into the Greater Mysteries of the Universe -- Such as ExtraPlanar
Energy Transferral Matrices, Multiple Runic Magic Manipulation, and Organic
Essential Energy Magic Sources (what this stuff is, is totally beyond me.
Perhaps, Milhaus or FraterNay can decrypt). Eventually, our erstwhile research-
er wanted to do things Totally against company policy (human sacrifice?) - so
he left to start his blood cult. The cult is purely a tool created to gather
the resources (monetary and human) to help the researcher further his explorat-
ions into the Unknown. Eventually, the researcher travelled to far down a cert
ain path and got himself stuck (the story is very vague here).
As for who would want the focus, or anything related to it . . . the answer
seems to be anybody who wants lots of power (narrows the list doesn't it).
Kynes had little to say on the subject of AmberLite, other than it is a
clearing house and front dedicated to getting very nasty mages nasty things to
play with. Apparently word on the street says that you want to stay away, or
else face horrible Demons and a Curse (streetgossip most likely . . .but we can
never be sure. After all, remember down in the sewers at Rojo Li's place?).
So Kendra, see any demons or such on those monitors?
Sorry about being vague and not using names . . . I forgot my encrypt prog.
I think its time for us to go in high gear!]<<<<<
