Piggly Wiggly is owned strictly by private individuals. Controlling stock is
a nec&neck race between Carl Hughes and Malcolm Briggs. Hughes has 12% while
Briggs has 11.8%, or something close to that. Anyway, Hughes is an entrepeneur,
and pretty much built up the Ares anthropomorphic drone subdivision by hand.
Briggs' son is chief researcher with Motorola's Remote Procssing project.
Anyway, Both had bucks to spend, and they founded Piggly Wiggly 5 years ago.

Hughes was mustered out of Ares right before them, but I find it hard to
believe that someone of his calibre and position would have been "freed" so
easily, or that he could start an operation so soon thereafter. I think
Piggly Wiggly is a front, just like in that old movie Stephanie Spielberg's
