>>>>>[I have never seen so gruesome a sight. The technology that corrupts
and controls so much of our world has often seemed unsightly and monstrous
to me, but never before has it been so grotesque. I tell me tale to all of
you that you may recognize the danger you all are in when you submit yourself
to the unnatural modifications of science.

There was a place in Oregon, near the city called Eugene. It is secluded in
the woods, hiding its technological perversions in the peaceful groves older
than time. Nothing guards the outer sanctum of the place save a few sensors
that are easily fooled by the powers of a friendly spirit.

I entered the abode of the abominations. Quietly and steadily I descended
though the elevator shafts to its lowest levels. There were many technicians,
and it resembled a hospital. But there were no patients being healed; those
in the wards were drugged, Matrix-drunk victims, kidnapped and brought there
against their will.

I sought only one, one whom I was to kill, to end the grief and and pain
that so angered the Great Spirit. Making my way through the bowels of
this evil cavern, I found him.

He was once young but appeared old. Have you ever seen a child shriveled
like the skin of the turtle? Wires protruded from multiple jacks in his
head, connecting him to that machine that numbed his brain. A single technician
guarded him. The creaking of the door brought him to me; my knife toppled
his head to the floor.

The child's eyes stared at me, but it was the machine that saw. There was no
life in him. He did not move. The Great Spirit has asked many difficult tasks
of me, but I have never deliberated so long. Finally, I realized that the child
would likely never walk again, would never enjoy a real ball, or running through
the grasses as I did when I was a boy. I slit his throat and unplugged the
machine.

I left the way I came, riding the ceiling of the elevator to the top. As I
left my sword felled two more of the beasts who call themselves men. With the
aid of the Great Spirit, I left the place. But I will return. The abominations
must end.]<<<<<
