Those of you out there with any law knowledge can help with the overall meaning
of this drek.

This is Charlie Fingers, still here at the Metro New York Courthouse where
only an hour ago ended another bizarre day of evidence presentation to the
court.
Today the Prosecution presented the rest of its evidence against Dr. Alexander
Jackson, attemptin to prove beyond all shadow of doubt his guilt. Electronic
evidence obtained from various sources showed that Dr. Jackson knew of the
penetrations of various public and corporate computer systems by a decker in
his employ, a one Heather Patricia King, also known as Solitaire. Evidence of
her damage to these systems was presented and shown to be in excess of 23
billion nuyen total. This large sum was contested by the Defense and then
accepted after pointing out that electronic evidence could easily be altered or
downright faked with today's technology.
Then the charges of Murder, Conspiracy, and Treason were tackled by both the
CAS and UCAS lawyers who in another unusual judgement were allowed to present
their own cases before the court. This was VERY strange. And by the
end of the day, all the prosecution's evidence had been presented. In this
reporter's humble estimation, it was all highly suspect and totally circum-
stancial. Tomorrow will show more.

Nothing on the fact the crowd is now estimated at 23000? Or how about when
Max, Fast Track, and I reported to work this morning(Frag I hate schedules) we
were issued SMGs loaded with gel rounds and Squirts with a variety of chemical
rounds, including Hyper and Mao? Or the fact that they are now running drones
around the courthouse? Well, I'm still goin in on Sunday even if they mount
