Ok enough blathering and get some data dissemination started. The police
report for the incident on Tilgar (the name of the island) is vague to say the
least. Basically they saw the same as us, except for the bodies we removed,
it seems they suspect a corp hit against the Atlantean Reasearch Organisation
which incidentally holds large sections of the island as extra terratorial.
Now that has them really confused as it does the ARO, it seems the ARO was
only funding a couple of research scientists to make detailed maps of the
ocean floor in the area. Most of the land they owned was overrun by jungle.

They are also left with the problem of all these extra dead people, the police
have traced some of them as having various assorted criminal records. Things
like GBH, gun running, drug possesion and even murder on one guy. The others
either haven't been identified or seem to come from Jamica. There is an
interesting side note that mentions that one guy has been known to work for
Carlos Benzanti. I did some checking on his file and found it to be nearly
as large as the file on Jules, seems Carlos runs a similar operation to Jules
but gets his labour from Jamica rather than Cuba, between them they seem to
control the majority of smuggling in the Carib.

Now we get to the interesting stuff, Jules is wanted by the Jamican police and
by the Cuban police but from what I can see Jules has connections within the
Cuban police and so far has not been brought in. The Jamican police won't
go in without backup from the Cuban so a nasty stalemate has been reached. I
ought to say that Carlos Benzanti has similar connections with the Jamican
police and I suspect from comments made in the file that he has some UCAS
contacts as well. Now Jules' organisation seems to center around shipping
BTL's and various illegal substances from (get this one) Aztlan, Southern
Argentina, Ecuador and numerous islands just off the Ecuador coast. Just as
a sidenote some of these islands have chip making facilities owned by people
like Sony, Fuchi, Touchflower and (hate this one) MCT. I ran a quick check
on their operations not much but enough to find that all those chips go to
various entertainment subsids. Sounds like the rumours that the major corps
are behind BTL's could be true.

The way things operate is that Jules is given a time place etc when he can
pick up the BTL's, the swaps are usually done at sea from the police records
I found, though some have been done on small atols. The normal setup for a
swap is usually an airdrop, so far police have only been succesful in stopping
two such drops, each time they found the BTL's booby trapped and homing signals
imbedded in some of the casings. Jules' men are usually close at hand with
their boats, I understand that they frequently employ magical assistance for
such case as the notes mentioned that astral support would be needed next time.

Now as to trying to get Jules off our backs, yes I think trying to hit one
of these opertions is a good idea. I'm gonna try and deck into his system and
see what I can find out. The police have an on going operation to try and
stop him but they really don't know where the drops take place. The most
recent info they had was a report of an explosion 25 miles east of the Yucatan
penninsular at sea. This linked with several killings about 5 minutes after
the blast in both Jamica and Cuba. Sounds like a deal gone sour or maybe
one of the two guys is starting to flex their muscles. The hits on the ground
though, espcecially the ones in Cuba were particularly violent. Reports of
severed heads, limbs and mindless destruction in Cuba. In Jamica the killings
were more 'traditional' assasinations, a couple of car bombs and a few killed
by sniper fire.
