>>>>>[Mike and the Mechanic. Deadheads are NOT cyborgs(or as I prefer to
call
them, CBRs).

We did not do the original designs for the CBRs at Ares. A company called OCP
did, and they were what you call deadheads, but with effective rating 5 pilots.
We reverse engineered every component in both partially damaged body, had Ares
aquire others, including specimens of every type of deadhead there is, includingyours, I'm
sure. I even know the specs for the Kryten bodyarmor and Lister's
drone/deadhead. Every one was reverse engineered by my team in Seattle. It
took 6 months before we had generated working prototypes. Then, we began the
process of converting everything to fit a CBR instead of a remotely piloted
vehicle. It took 3 years to get it right and to the point that the brains that
we implanted would not go insane. As far as technology, the Column Mark-4 is
the most sophisticated cybernetic/electronic device in existance, as of 7 monthsago.

Why? Because a deadhead has lots of extra room for those necessary components
and control gear and the gyroscopes that keep it upright. When you add a brain
to a deadhead, you add a lung, an artificial heart, a digestive system, blood
replacement flourocarbons that can never decay, all the systems that have to
keep the cellular parts alive. And you have to fit them all into a box that
before had only machinery in it. So you move things around, miniturize them,
develop new materials and new technologies. And you also add the interfaces,
the sensory connections, the hormone releasers, everything it had as a Deadhead
and much, much more. All in the same body as the original deadhead.

If you think that because you have deadheads that are newer than the beginning
of the project you are ok and safe, think again. I know every design spec,
every minor flaw, every stress point, every line of programming code, of every
deadhead ever made by anyone. If it was made, I know it, and can recite it
from memory, as well as every revision made, every upgrade, every capability,
and most importantly every weakness of every deadhead made. I know even the
design specs for the Annihilator from germany.... Oh! That's what it is!

You may have fixed those problems, Mike and the Mechanic, but can you be sure
you got all of them? Collussus will have all my knowledge available to him
when he comes to get the Wyrm. If you and your deadheads are there, you had
better hope that they are perfect, or Collussus, with his one innate superiorityover
deadheads will succeed. Maybe not easily, actually, definately not easily
but he will win. He is the best there is cybernetically. And only I know his
flaws now.]<<<<<

about
me? Great, now it's going to be all that more difficult... And I thought you
were my friend.]<<<<<
