A message has been recieved by the assembled B-Team on Moonwalker's supposedly
secure line. The contents, when decrypted, appear to be a page from "Prometheus
Unbound." A deeper encryption is suspected but impossible to crack at this time.

Attempts to trace the trasmission to it's source have failed, but we believe
the source to be one "Ouroboros," another Shadowlands Decker.

It is uncertain how much of the above information is in the hands of the other
