Guess so. Hi guys. I'm Quicksilver. {Silver, vaguely humanoid figure with
only rough features, 'morphs when he moves} Kinda new to Seattle. I'm not a
decker, guys, so don't try too many pranks on me, else I'll have to ask
Screamer for some help (And Screamer is a section-8 case. Faster than I am,
but still a Section-8!).
BTW-Is the person known as DOA still on the net? Heard a little about her when
I looked at the old logs. Wanted to compare experiences. (Although mine
weren't nearly as severe as hers. Nothing mystical about me, I'm at the normal
limit) Also, I was a corp orphan they tries (mostly successfully, in the
beginning) to brainwash. If it hadn't'a been for one of my instructors,
I'd probably be some sort of corp vatjob assasin, sent out after troublemakers
like myself. Instead, I'm a freelance with no SIN, no clear idea of who or
what I am (no serial numbers or corp symbols on my gear, dammit), with a need
to feed myself. Any good jobs out there, 'specially for a short human with a
taccomp? Not much good with a gun tho, most of my training centered around HTH
weapons.
One note, if you ever see me in person, don't bother recording my hair, or eye
color, they're subject to change w/o notice, within a millisecond. I'm still
trying to figure out why my manufacturers sprung for the kind of gene- and
cybermods to make it possible, but the hair follicles on my head deposit
ruthenium into the fibers, and it's linked into my brain. (cybereyes have the
same treatment).
Anyone know how much a Ruthenium paint job for a Westwind Turbo would cost. I
want it to go with my hair, and'll probably never link in camo abilities.
(Like I rig, I can barely drive!)]<<<<<
