Aaaah.. that seems a little more plausible now, but it could get to be a little
overbalancing. You could get the performance of a drek hot deck for a fraction
of the cost, and really hose some of the game mechanics like that very easily.
I wouldn't allow this in my campaign, but to each his own.. :)
