Should have done this first, I guess. Masque is proceeding well and should
definately be ready to begin the fional steps here in a day or two. We have
been able to begin the final sequences and we have prepared the Armor
biologicals for insertion on the 10th. Masque is very impatient now, and havinghim
telling me so all the time has almost made me angry once or twice.
Harlequin, I want Collussus here when we "wake" Masque up. He may not be able
to handle his new body or may go temporarily insane due to sensory input. This
is a totally new application of nanite construction into cybernetics and there
could be problems that I didn't anticipate. He should be ready to fully
and finally connect to his body by the 13th, but if anything goes wrong only
Collussus would really be strong enough to keep him restrained while we
disconnect the body from the brain again and get him back into the vat. I am
understandably worried as when we installed Charles(Collussus) into his first
prototype Alpha body he went insane and killed 12 people before a hastily
assembled EM pulse generator shorted out the body and almost killed him. We
have learned much since then, but you must agree that it is much better to be
cautious.]<<<<<
