Allow me to introduce myself. You may call me Vengeance, as my true name is
unimportant. Circumstances down in my native California Free State have placed
me in an interesting position... I am now the leader of my shamanic lodge.
With my new position comes new knowledge and new responsibility... which I
shall now expound on.

It has come to my attention that one William Spiritsong, also known as Blaze,
has taken up residence with a group of Shadowrunners in the Seattle area, and
has appeared on this system numerous times. I would like him.

He committed crimes against myself and our lodge many years ago, and now that
I am in my current position, I am going to make him pay for his crimes.
Anybody who helps our lodge in this will be well rewarded. I promise you, he
will be found and taken, whether anybody helps us or not. Any attempts to hide
or protect William Spiritsong will result in those involved to be branded as
criminals as well, and will share in his fate.
