This guy's ugly. He's an example of how nasty a character can be, particularly
when either one of two conditions obtains. One: he lives far longer than most
of us do when we campaign hard for years. Two: the GM is Monty Hall.

He is a perfect human specimen with no apparent mechanizations.

You get the feeling he's glaring at you even when his back is turned.

But you don't know his name.
