PAIN, I have looked at your image, but cannot make heads or tails of it. It
is definately not the French agent from the concert. That agent was killed.
I cannot tell you if it is the 'Louis' that was mentioned, seeing as we know
nothing more than a name.

I really am stuck at this moment. I don't have any leads or new information.
All that I can say is keep looking and be careful, this run has already left
