As near as I can tell, his first appearance is as an enforcer for the Free State
of Westphalia in Germany '46. The Free State is well known for it's Draconian
attitudes towards metahumanity. After he _officially_ left the Free State I
have him hooking up with various neo-Nazi groups in Berlin for about four years.
After that he travelled around the world, causing trouble for various metahuman
controlled countries (both Tirs, Black Forest Troll Kingdom, etc..) and taking
metahuman lives. He stays somewhere and when the heat gets too high he leaves.

And for those of you thinking about putting a bounty on him, the current total
price for just his head is in excess of 1 million nuyen. Just a public servie
